Accessibility statement
We are committed to making this site usable for everyone, including people with disabilities, in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
Conformance target
The target is Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
The site's accessibility was last checked on 6 September 2026.
What we've done
- The site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and visible focus indicators mark the current element.
- Content is structured with meaningful headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it.
- Images carry alternative text, and text is sized and coloured for readable contrast.
- The site supports both Hebrew (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right) reading directions.
- Every page has an accessibility button for larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stopping animations and more. It is a helper tool only and does not replace making the site itself accessible.
Known limitations
Product names, descriptions and photos are drawn from our supplier catalog, and some of them may lack full descriptive text. We are working to improve these over time.
Collecting parts from us
- We don't serve walk-in customers. Parts can be collected by prior arrangement only, at 34 Yitzhak Sadeh St, Tel Aviv (entry from 11 Beit Oved St).
- When you collect, we'll bring the part to your car by prior arrangement.
- Accessible parking is available in nearby lots: Mamon parking, 9 Beit Oved St, and the parking lot at 15 Beit Oved St.
